Party in style!

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Renter ("Renter") and the Owner ("Owner") on this ___________ day of ___________, 20__.
 

1. RENTAL PROPERTY: The Owner hereby rents to the Renter a bounce house ("Rental Property") for the period of ___________ hours, beginning at ___________ on ___________ and ending at ___________ on ___________, at the location specified by the Renter ("Rental Period").
 

2. RENTAL FEE: The Renter agrees to pay the Owner the sum of ___________ dollars ($___________) as the rental fee for the Rental Property. The rental fee is payable in full prior to the Rental Period. A security deposit of ___________ dollars ($___________) is also required at the time of rental, which will be refunded upon the satisfactory return of the Rental Property.
 

3. USE OF RENTAL PROPERTY: The Renter agrees to use the Rental Property solely for the purpose of entertainment and agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards relating to the Rental Property.
 

4. LIABILITY: The Renter assumes all liability and responsibility for any injury or damage caused by the Rental Property while it is in the Renter's possession. The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any claims arising out of the use of the Rental Property.
 

5. RETURN OF RENTAL PROPERTY: The Renter agrees to return the Rental Property to the Owner in the same condition as when received, normal wear and tear excepted, at the end of the Rental Period. If the Rental Property is not returned on time, the Renter agrees to pay an additional rental fee of ___________ dollars ($___________) per hour.
 

6. CANCELLATION POLICY: The Renter may cancel this Agreement by giving written notice to the Owner at least 48 hours prior to the Rental Period. If the Renter cancels less than 48 hours prior to the Rental Period, the Owner may retain the security deposit as liquidated damages.
 

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations and understandings between the parties. This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.
 

8. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of ___________.
